Don Angotti

Don  Angotti was born and raised in the Bay Area and relocated to the North  Bay in 1991 where he has been providing real estate appraisal services  in Sonoma County since.  He worked prior as an appraiser providing  services in the Alameda, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties from 1986  to 1991.  Mr. Angotti has been a partner of Redwood Empire Appraisal  since 1997, appraising properties on a fee basis, for a wide variety of  clientele, including federal, state and local government agencies, major  local and national lending institutions, relocation companies,  attorneys, accountants, Sonoma County Court, Sonoma County Bankruptcy  Court and private landowners.  Mr. Angotti’s expertise is in appraising  residential, vacant land and multi-family residential properties in  Sonoma County.

Real estate appraiser since February 1986.  Appraisal experience  includes single family residential, multi-unit residential, vacant land  and small acreage properties in Sonoma, Marin, Alameda, San Francisco  and San Mateo Counties.  Clients include savings & loan  associations, banks, mortgage companies, credit unions, relocation  companies, attorneys, private parties, city and county agencies and  bankruptcy court.

Graduated from University of Pacific in June 1985.  Bachelor of Science -- Economics
