Andrew cater

Andrew Cater has been a professional real estate appraiser in Sonoma County since 1985. Since that time, Andy has completed over 7,000 residential appraisals for lenders, appraisal management companies, relocation companies, attorneys, accountants, and private parties. Mr. Cater’s appraisal experience includes single-family residential, multi-family residential, small acreage properties, and complex residential property including high-end custom homes, properties with acreage, vineyards, ranches, and small commercial properties in Sonoma County. 

Andrew is a Certified Residential Appraiser with the State of California. He attended UCLA and holds a Bachelors Degree from California State University, Long Beach.
